Rave Reviews

Since The HBO Clinic's doors have been opened we have helped some wonderful people. Below are a few great reviews of our facility and hyperbaric oxygen therapy from some of the patients we have helped.

Tera Clark

Mayflower, AR

Tera ClarkTera received a Traumatic Brain injury and several orthopedic injuries in a car wreck in Feb. 2005

"If you know of anyone with a brain injury, I would highly recommend that they do the HBO treatments. My mom said it was an answer to a prayer because I had gotten to a standstill in my recovery until I went to the HBO treatments."

Owen Roberts

Bald Knob, AR

silhouetteOwen's wife, Rhonda, suffered an unexplained bleeding of the brain, resulting in stroke-like symptoms.

"After a week of treatments (5), I felt that I was noticing small improvements; but I reserved judgment because it might have just been wishful thinking on my part. By the end of the second week, I was sure of these small, but positive, changes. Rhonda began to sleep less during the day and more at night. She also seemed to have longer periods of 'clarity.' She was able to add her points in her head during a game of Mexican Train Dominoes. She hadn't been able to do that at all two weeks earlier. Other improvements were also small but significant."

Molly Schwarz

Little Rock, AR

Molly suffered a stroke in Feb. 2000, as a result of whiplash in a car accident, which left her left carotid artery dissected.  She received 40 HBO treatments in early 2009.

"I noticed in the second week, I was walking faster.  Everybody says I talk faster and more clearly.  The staff are wonderful!"

Palmer Long, Jr.

Shreveport, LA

silhouettePalmer had a stroke in Dec. 2008 and began treatment three weeks later.

"My mental awareness, speech and concentration improved greatly after my initial 10 treatments. I am much better in the 16 treatments which I have had currently. I am happy that I have regained almost all of my rhythm while speaking. The earlier a person begins HBOT after a stroke, will make their recovery that much quicker!"

Tyler Cole

Benton, AR

tyler

Tyler suffered a Traumatic Brain injury in April 2001, when he was 6 years old.

"Tyler's 'alertness' has magnified since starting HBOT. He is quick to respond, seizures were greatly improved, and his appearance just seems brighter. He laughs all the time (even more than before). I feel there was improvement after at least the first 10 treatments. I would have never known the difference it has made in my child's life without taking this chance. Small improvements are the greatest!"

-Karen Cole, Tyler's mother.

Rebecca Plettl

Tallahassee, FL

Rebecca, who is now 5 years old, was diagnosed with autism at age 2.  She received 40 treatments in May 2009, to continue the series of treatments she received in Florida.

"Before we did HBOT last May, Becca had a very high level of oxidative stress in her body. The measurement we used to find this out was her neopterine, which measured at 1423. This number was so high it was off the chart. After doing HBOT and adding some supplements and medicines, her neopterine measured at 923 in September. Before we came to do this round of HBOT, Becca’s neopterine was 768. We got back June 1 and did another neopterine test. Her neopterine measured at 391! The normal range is 130-320.
These results are very promising. In addition, we are seeing results in Becca’s behavior. Her eye contact has increased in duration and frequency and quality. She is also much more vocal and has repeated many words since we did HBOT."

-Christa Plettl, Rebecca's mother.
